On October 4, 2024, Oceanworking participated in Essere ✱✱✱—the event’s stylized three-asterisk logo created by Essere Agile. It was an opportunity to share our story and engage in live discussions about how the world of work is changing.
An afternoon of reflection and inspiration. We spoke with people eager to challenge the current state of the workplace and help improve it.

A day dedicated to the future of work
Led by Carlo Loiudice, the event featured presentations by numerous professionals. Each speaker offered a different perspective, but they all converged on a simple idea: rethinking work by starting with people.
Luca Mascaro explored the theme “Being an Entrepreneur,” inviting us to reflect on what it truly means to build something that lasts.
One of the three fundamental premises of entrepreneurship is wanting to build something with people who believe in it and who actively participate in its creation. — Luca Mascaro

Our Vision: People at the Center
It was a deeply inspiring day. Oceanworking shared its vision: putting people at the center. When an individual’s well-being grows, so does that of the company—and vice versa.
Essere 2024 took place in Italy, but the thread running through it is the same one that guides our work every day: a more mindful way of working, where people come before processes. This is exactly what we strive to live out at Oceanworking, in the Canary Islands, where work and well-being come together in the slow pace of Gran Canaria. If this vision resonates with you, write to us: we’d love to share it with you in person.
